1. Associate Product Manager
Responsibilities :
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
- Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues
- Work closely with engineering & other teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
- Provide insight to stakeholders on the product and market
Minimum Qualification :
- Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
2. Compensation & Benefit Staff
Responsibilities :
- Support compensation & Benefit administration For New HC Information System Project
- Administer all the process of payroll (Salary, Allowance & Deduction)
- Register & Update Employee Data for BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan & Insurance
- Reporting PPh 21 & preparing E-Spt
- Maintain good communication with employee regarding compensation & benefit issue
Minimum Qualification :
- Minimum diploma or bachelor degree majoring in Human Resources, Management, Accounting Finance from reputable university
- Has minimum 1 year experience related to compensation & benefit
- Familiar with Ms. Office, especially Ms. Excel (Vlookup, If Function & Other logical formula)
- Meticulous, agile & organized person
- Have a good communication skill
- One year Contract Based
