IT Project Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Create project scope and make schedule project
- Schedule stakeholder meetings, document and well versed generate reports for project update and presentation
- Report status and progress project
- Manage multiple projects at one time
- Keep track of a project’s progress and ensure its completion before the deadline
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferable Information Technology.
- Having minimum 2 years of working experience as Project Manager / Project Coordinator / Project Engineer / Planning & Scheduling Engineer in IT / Banking Company
- Experienced handle IT Infra and Network projects, also Having knowledge of #IT #Infrastructure and #Networking
- Detail in Administration & Documentation Skill
- Understand end-to-end of Project Management work flow & procedure
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Understanding #Agile #Scrum, #SDLC implementation
- Fast Learner and able to work under pressure and independent
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices (#JIRA, #Trelo, #Monday, etc)
- Organizational and time-management skill
- Good communication and reporting skills both verbal and in writing
