1. KOL Lead

Joining the team, you are expecting to hold the responsibilities based on the following scope as a ground :

  • Responsible for growing the SOV from KOLs to contribute to game publishing goals in a region
  • Source and review for the right ambassador/influencer match for each campaign
  • Attract, onboard, and manage day-to-day relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to build long term relationships with valuable KOLs
  • Monitor and steer campaign budgets and make sure set campaign targets are met
  • Develop content plannings and review creative content
  • Ensure optimal communication within the campaign teams at all stages of the campaign
  • Monitor and optimise each KOLs performance on a regular basis and output insights for the next stage
  • Keep abreast of emerging content trends, tools and social platform features, and apply to optimise KOLs performance & structures

A qualified candidate will be expected to showcase of independency and result driven based on the requirements mentioned :

  • At least 3-5 years of KOL Management
  • Good working knowledge of MOBA game and experience in KOL marketing
  • Strong network with influencers with good account management skills
  • A strong personality who is able to work autonomously and within a team
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and high levels of accuracy
  • Bahasa native speaker, excellent written and communication skills in English
  • Mandarin speaking is a plus.

2. Customer Service

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for addressing inquiries from game players, managing player grievances, and documenting feedback.
  • Collaborate with the operations department to formulate recommendations for game optimization aimed at enhancing game operational metrics.
  • Execute additional assignments delegated by the supervisor.

Requirements :

  • Preference will be given to fresh graduates.
  • Demonstrates a passion for gaming and enjoys engaging with users, with a deep understanding of user mentality and behavior.
  • Displays enthusiasm for a career in the game industry.
  • Preference for individuals who are avid players of Mobile Legends Bang Bang.
  • Fluent proficiency in both English and Bahasa, with proficiency in Tagalog and Malay considered advantageous.
  • Exhibits a mature and collaborative teamwork ethic.
  • Possesses a proactive work approach and maintains professional ethics, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.

3. Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in the finance department by ensuring accurate and efficient financial reporting and tax filing in a timely manner, assisting in financial analysis and auditing, and contributing to the overall financial health of the corporation.

Accounting Operations:

  • Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and fixed asset management;
  • Monitor and review financial transactions, ensuring proper documentation and approval processes are followed;
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.

Financial Reporting:

  • Prepare and review financial statements and ensure they are accurate and in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
  • Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and ensure timely delivery of required documents.

Tax Compliance:

  • Coordinate with tax advisors to ensure timely and accurate tax filings and payments for all applicable jurisdictions.

Internal Controls:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and controls to strengthen internal controls and mitigate financial risks;
  • Evaluate and improve internal controls to mitigate financial risks and ensure compliance with company policies;

Financial Analysis:

  • Perform Esports AR management to assess and manage financial health and ad-hoc financial analysis to support operational efficiency and .
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the management team.

Systems and Processes:

  • Work with IT and other stakeholders to optimize and improve financial systems and processes.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy;
  • Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and recommend improvements when necessary.

Our Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional qualification is preferred
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, SAP, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, local accounting standards, and local tax regulations
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in accounting (including local tax filing), with at least 1 year in a senior role
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities; Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism in handling sensitive financial information.
  • Fluent English both in written and oral
  • Preferably experience in multinational corporations or with international accounting standards is a plus
  • Knowledge of automation tools (e.g. Financial RPA) can be an advantage

4. Game Business Development Manager

The role of the business development specialist is to manage various types of brand partnerships and activations (online and offline), with the objective to drive in-game playerbase, activeness and branding metrics:

  • Manage end-to-end partnerships scheme with brands, maintain communication with partners and ensure all conducted campaigns are conducted aligned with team’s core objective.
  • We are looking for 2-4 years experience in the marketing agency, digital and or game industry to join us. This role is expected for he/she with previous experience as BD with connections.
  • To underline this position’s main objective is not to focus on sales, but to conduct end-to-end collaboration/partnerships, including marketing activities.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage and take care of end-to-end processes of brand partnerships:
  • Identifying potential partners and campaign ideas, especially those that are in general trending or in gaming scope; with great marketing potentials
  • Create neat, attractive and easy-to-understand business presentations and proposals
  • Conduct and assist in business talk and negotiation, act as collaboration business representative
  • Manage internal and external administration process
  • Manage 360 campaign process, with an inclusive awareness in a broader gaming marketing and community perspective
  • Create reporting and key takeaways for future learning
  • Maintain strong relationships with new and existing brand partners, including agencies
  • Liaise and manage projects and activations that are in incubation process (there might not be related yet with external brand partnerships, however still counts as project management), which revolves around agency pitching and review, follow through end-to-end project management
  • Liaise and support various kinds of activations/campaigns related with publishing strategies
  • Day to day communications with internal management, finance, legal and product teams
  • Gatekeep core inventories in related with partnership scope, eg., in-game inventories, merchandise etc, including data identification and tracking
